This screen produces the student report PDFs as downloadable files. It’s the reporting path for schools that don’t use Sentral, and a handy way to keep a backup set if you do.

Generate

1. Select the Reporting Period.
2. Select the Year Group(s).
3. Choose the Filename Format so the files are named the way you want.
4. Generate, then download the set.

Sentral schools

If you publish to Sentral, that action already generates the PDFs – you only need this screen when you want a downloadable backup, or to hand files to someone directly.

You’re done when

Your PDF set is generated and downloaded.
