This isn’t a setup step – it’s a reference page you dip into when you need it.
Find what you need
- Filter by Period – narrow to one reporting period.
- Filter by Action – e.g. imports, generations, publishes.
- Filter by User – see everything one person did.
- Search for a specific entry.
When to use it
Come here to confirm a background job actually ran, to check when reports were published, or to trace who changed a record. The log is read-only – it records history, it doesn’t change anything.
Export to CSV
Need the log outside WAVE? Click Export CSV to download the current, filtered list as a spreadsheet – handy for audits or sharing with your executive team. The export uses whatever filters you have set, and includes every matching row (not just the page you’re viewing).
